Western Makers Hub (westernmakershub.com) is a directory of independent Western makers. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@westernmakershub.com.

What we collect

• Maker applications: the details you enter in our founding maker form, such as your name, business name, email, state, website or Instagram, prices and answers about your business.
• Maker accounts and listings: if you list with us, your account details and the listing content you submit. Listings are public by design.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you send us, and basic technical data like cookies needed for logging in and checkout, and anonymous visit statistics.

Why we use it

To review applications, run your listing, take payment for listings, reply to you, keep the site secure and understand how the site is used. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site: our web host, our email provider, Stripe for payments, and analytics tools. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Application details are kept while we’re considering your application and for up to 12 months after, unless you list with us. Account and payment records are kept as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@westernmakershub.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under data protection law, and we’ll honour them.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
